Returns & Refunds

All accidental damage is not covered by Sherbet CandyPlease inspect your order once received and contact us within 24 hours of its arrival if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is faulty, please be in contact with us within 5 days of receiving your parcel. If this time has passed, return expenses are the responsibility of the customer. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that refunds or replacements will not be available for items that have not been stored or cared for properly. 

Change of Mind Policy

For hygiene reasons, no refunds or exchanges on change of mind purchases will be offered. Please ensure you read the product description provided prior to placing your order. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Shipping Policy

We do not take responsibility for lost items sent via Australia Post. All enquiries should be directed to an Australia Post branch or lodged via their website. 

Returned to Sender Items

If your parcel has not been collected from your local post office within 10 business days, you will be charged the cost of the parcel being returned to Sherbet Candy and cost of re-shipping. As a small business, we are charged for an item to be returned to sender. We will not cover costs associated with this due to parcels not being picked up.
